"I had to reach out to support..."
I had to reach out to support about my order, and it took longer than I expected to hear back. When they finally replied, they did answer my question, but I had to explain the same thing twice, which made me feel like they weren’t really paying attention.
It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but it definitely didn’t feel very smooth. I just wish they had been a bit quicker, clearer with updates, and made me feel like my issue actually mattered.

"Decent shirt, but the whole experience felt impersonal"
The shirt is okay overall — the fabric feels fine, nothing amazing. The stitching could definitely be better though, especially for the price. I also didn’t love that there was basically no human contact during the whole process. Everything felt automated, which made it a little frustrating when I had questions.

"Not a ton to pick from"
I went on neoanimeoasis.com hoping to find a decent mix of anime stuff, but the selection felt kind of limited. I was expecting, well, I guess I was hoping for more variety and different styles. Some sections only had a handful of items, and a lot of them looked similar to each other. It’s not a bad site or anything, but right now I just didn’t see much that made me want to buy. Maybe they’ll add more later.

"Showed up way faster than expected"
I ordered from Neon Anime Oasis and thought I’d be waiting a bit, but the package got here surprisingly fast. I kept checking the tracking, not obsessively, okay maybe a little, and it was easy to follow the whole way. Everything arrived in good shape too, which is really all I was hoping for. Random note, I was actually expecting it to come after the weekend, so seeing it show up early was a nice surprise. No complaints from me, the shipping speed was great

"My order arrived perfectly, against all odds"
I ordered two anime figures and a hoodie, i was bracing myself for some kind of chaos. But nope, everything showed up exactly like it was in my cart. The sizes were right, the colors were right, and there were zero mix-ups. It was such a relief. Thrilled with how smoothly it all went.

I picked this up because it was cheap and, well, I mean, it’s been working fine for me so far. No complaints for the price.
